I can highly recommend Lauren. My son George recently had a tongue tie division. Lauren carried out an assessment at short notice and performed the division in the comfort of our own home. I took my sister to see Lauren Wong when her baby was a week old as I suspected baby had a tongue-tie. Lauren saw my sister at very short notice, which we were very grateful for. Lauren took her time getting a whole picture of feeding right from the birth until then. She then took her time assessing baby's mouth and tongue function. She took her time explaining to my sister the scores she gave baby and gave her recommendation regarding division. My sister went ahead with the division there and then, however, she was under no pressure whatsoever to do so. Lauren then gave latch and positioning advice. Lauren is happy to be asked follow-up questions and likes to hear how babies are doing after their appointments. She is very thoughtful and caring and I 100% recommend her for Lactation Support and/or Tongue-tie assessment and division.

I met Lauren when my son was just 1 day old. He was a reluctant feeder and I had discharged us from hospital unable to hand express so was giving formula in bottles. Lauren's support has been invaluable. I've been breastfeeding my first born for almost two years so far and she still taught me loads including how to use an SNS. Lauren also made a second visit to do a tongue tie division after having cranial osteopathy that was recommended. We are now on day 9 and I'm pleased to say my baby is now feeding directly from the breast without the use of any aids. I could not have done this without Lauren.

Lauren was very nice and reassuring throughout the whole process, she came to our house and did everything there. There was a very good level of after care with Lauren making sure everything was good and our baby was happy and feeding. Would happily recommend her.

My daughter was struggling with feeding and I was told she could have tongue tie, with a 4 week waiting via the doctors, I was desperate to get it sorted so called Lauren and was given an appointment a few days later. She went through absolutely everything with me, thorough examination of my daughter and gave me all the information to make a decision. We actually went ahead there and then and had the procedure performed at home. She talked me through everything and it has made such a huge difference to my daughters feeding. She is very professional but so warm and friendly and very reassuring. I can not recommend her enough she is just simply amazing.

I recommend Lauren so strongly! I am a neonatal consultant who thought I knew it all but when my sister had a baby and was struggling to breast feed and baby was losing weight we turned to Lauren. Lauren is amazing!! She is approachable, dedicated, understanding and kind! On top of all that she is a wealth of knowledge. She presented me with evidence on several subjects on breastfeeding that I had never believed in and converted me! She had so many tips and ideas. I would recommend Lauren. I had a baby with a tongue tie, breastfeeding was very painful, I was going to give up, as my hospital appointment for tongue tie division was long way to wait and I was crying with pain. Lauren came the same day, even though normally it takes two days for an appointment, but I needed help as soon as possible. Tongue tie division went well and believe me or not, first time I didn't feel pain while breastfeeding from my right breast, left needs to heal better, I noticed improvement already, but it isn't perfect yet, but Lauren keeps in touch. She gave me helpful advice on how to position my baby for breastfeeding and how to help healing my cracked, very painful nipples. I would not hesitate to ask her for help again, as she seems to be an expert in breastfeeding.

Lauren offered me an appointment within 24h of contacting her which was amazing. I’d previously had to travel to see a lactation consultant and it was lovely to have her come to my own home where my baby and I felt relaxed and comfortable. She really put us at ease and explained everything carefully - I felt very supported. I would happily recommend her!
