Home Visits and Clinic Appointments
Consultation appointments are arranged either in the comfort of your own home, or in my home clinic in Leighton Buzzard.
You may prefer me to come to you for a home visit to save leaving the house at such a busy time, or if you are happy to travel to my home clinic, the cost will be a little cheaper for you. Feel free to bring your partner, other children or anybody else if you want to. I have a selection of books, jigsaws and toys for little ones. Parking is available right outside.
My aim is to explore and discuss what has been happening for you and your baby. After this, we will work together to answer your questions, look at practical issues and work towards realistic objectives for you. In a typical consultation, I take a full clinical history, observe a feed and work on position and attachment, perform an oral examination, weigh baby if needed, answer your questions, give you relevant printed evidence-based information and leave you with a feeding plan and free follow up by email or text, to help to achieve your breastfeeding goals.
For home visit breastfeeding consultations and / or tongue tie assessment and division, I am happy to travel within the wider area (Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Towcester, Buckingham, Bedford, Tring, St Albans and surrounding areas).
Appointment Fees:

Tongue Tie Assessment and Division
£190 in my clinic / £230 as home visit
A full assessment of your baby’s tongue function, division of a tongue tie and support with feeding. This fee is automatically reduced to £110 (clinic) / £150 (home visit) if a tongue tie division is not recommended or required. If this is the case then we will work on feeding support to tackle the issues you are experiencing.

Breastfeeding / Bottle Feeding Support
£110 in my clinic / £150 as home visit
A consultation for feeding support with tongue tie assessment if required.
